My Intention
We each carry a unique history, an internal narrative that molds our perception of reality. My personal journey has intertwined with various experiences, each serving a purpose in expression and healing. From my artistic endeavors to facilitating programs and workshops in Calgary, AB, I’ve evolved through different versions of myself, leading me to where I am today—a journey familiar to us all.
I hold a belief in the resilience of life and the spiritual essence within each of us navigating this human experience. We are all dealt a specific hand of cards, and we strive to play the game to the best of our abilities. As a Mental Health Therapist on the path to becoming a provisionally registered Psychologist, my commitment is to provide a safe haven for individuals of all backgrounds to explore their pain and suffering.
My graduate capstone research paper centres on the concept of post-traumatic growth. I firmly believe that irrespective of the challenges one has faced in life, there exists a positive path forward filled with boundless possibilities.
Specializing in adverse childhood experiences, complex trauma, and suicide ideation, I offer an array of strategies and modalities to support your journey towards healing. With a dedication to lifelong learning in the realm of mind-body healing, I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to collaborate with you in a therapeutic setting.
Some of my near-future ambitions include completing a full Ironman (check!), dragging a knee on the racetrack during motorcycle school (race school 2025, here I come), and one day learning how to properly race a supercar and fly a helicopter. I’d also love to learn how to sail and experience the thrill of paragliding—because there’s something powerful about exploring both land, sea, and sky. Long-term, I hope to build a meaningful home life with the right person, travel the world, pursue a PhD, author a few books, and eventually lead a psychology clinic. Ultimately, my deepest goal is to live in alignment with my true, authentic self and to reach 100 years of age—provided I can maintain both cognitive clarity and physical well-being.
I believe the best goals blend personal growth, professional development, and a healthy dose of adventure. It’s not just about climbing the next career rung or ticking off achievements—it’s about staying curious, staying human. “Chasing dreams that spark both curiosity and joy is a form of self-care—because playful learning isn’t just a luxury, it’s part of living well.” When we allow ourselves to pursue goals that light us up—whether that’s racing on two wheels, diving into a PhD, or learning to fly—we’re investing in a more vibrant, resilient version of ourselves. Continuous learning, especially the kind that invites both challenge and play, feeds not just the mind, but the soul.
